Refund and Returns Policy
We are happy to offer an immediate exchange for a defective item returned within 5 days of receipt.
Please note that all items must be returned in the condition you received it.
Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 48 hours of receipt. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to offer a replacement or exchange on items that are not in this condition.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before the replacement can be processed.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
We pick and pack all orders with the utmost care and precision however, as each parcel is prepared manually, errors may occasionally occur.
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Please ensure you’ve included the following information:
– the email address you used to place your order
– your order number
– details of the item(s) missing from your order
– a clear picture of the invoice and products received.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned & exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and fragrance products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer price adjustments. The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices can not be transferred to any previous orders.
HIGH RETURN RATE POLICY:
We may suspend or terminate your ability to order items using your account if we determine that the rate at which you return items (‘returns rate’), when compared to the number of items ordered and retained, is too high. If you meet the criteria, we will notify you and work with you to find a way to improve your returns rate.
We really want you to be able to continue shopping with us. However, if your returns rate remains high, we may have to take the difficult decision to restrict your ability to shop before closing your account.
We need to ensure that we manage our operating costs effectively for the benefit of all of our customers, so that we do not have to pass on unnecessary costs to you and others.
