Apply a sufficient amount of Medix 5.5 body cream onto cleansed body, arms, face, neck, hands, legs, & areas you want to help restore. Gently massage into skin using upward circular motions until fully absorbed, paying special attention to problem areas, dry skin, & blotchy areas. Can be used morning or night. For best results use 1-2 times daily.
