1. Affiliate Benefits:
2. 1.1 Influencer affiliates will receive cashback rewards based on the following structure:
3. – 2.5% back on the purchases made by their first 10 customers.
4. – 5% back on the purchases made by the next 90 customers.
5. – 7.5% back on all purchases made after reaching 100 customers.
6. 1.2 Cashback rewards can be utilized in two ways:
7. – Redeemed as credit for shopping on our website.
8. – Transferred to the affiliate’s bank account.
9. Promotion and Use of Affiliate Code:
10. 2.1 Influencer affiliates are required to publicize their unique affiliate code to their fans and network via approved channels.
11. 2.2 The affiliate code is exclusively for use on our website.
12. 2.3 Each affiliate code can be used once per email address for the purpose of tracking affiliate sales.
13. Compliance:
14. 3.1 Influencer affiliates are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding advertising and promotion.
15. 3.2 Any promotion of the affiliate code must be truthful and not misleading.
16. 3.3 Influencer affiliates are responsible for the content they create and share in connection with our brand and affiliate program.
17. Payment and Reporting:
18. 4.1 Cashback rewards will be calculated based on verified purchases made using the affiliate code.
19. 4.2 Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of N50,000.
20. 4.3 Affiliates will have access to a dashboard for tracking their sales and earnings.
21. Termination:
22. 5.1 We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
23. 5.2 In the event of termination, any accrued but unpaid cashback rewards will be forfeited.
24. Modifications:
25. 6.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the influencer affiliate to regularly review the terms and conditions for updates.
